Naked conversation blog
I was reading the Naked Conversations blog today and i found an interesting posting about Blog Recruiting. The article lists several reasons was as to how blogs are better for recruiting than simple help wanted ads. They are more personal, can generate more word of mouth, and show Demysticification. Maybe we will be browsing blogs for jobs when i graduate rather than help wanted ads?

I read the same article on the Naked Conversations blog. I started going through the comments that people have been leaving and one was pretty dead on - "Every blog at a company is a recruiting blog." I think this is pretty true because any company blog is a representation of the entire company.
